In my favorite poem by Robert Frost, Nothing Gold Can Stay, he reminds us that like the seasons of nature, life is one season melting into another, and quickly fading away. This is my attempt to document each season in my life and my family.

This was Kyra’s last field trip of the year. We went to Frozen Head State Park and had hot dogs and hamburgers. Everyone had a lot of fun.

Elijah played in the creek with our cousin, Punky.

With Brooke’s help, Owen played in the creek, too.

Elijah climbed a tree. (With a little help from Daddy, of course!)

He’s a cute little monkey, isn’t he?

Hey! Those are really cute. I did have a lot of fun. I think it we should do it more than once a year. Anyway, have a great day! — I’m glad you’re feeling better. :^)

Brooke, I definitely think we should do stuff like that a lot more often! It was fun. I have a really cute picture of you and Alyssa. I’ll send it to you later, if I can remember. (It’s saved on my other computer.)

Great pictures Rachel. I need to take photo lessons from you. I wasn’t sure if you wanted my email address or my mailing address. We are not all as computer savy as you are. Ha!

Thanks, Ms. Cheryl. :) My pictures got a lot better after I followed another bloggers tip to get in closer than you think you should…and then zoom in a little more. :) Email address. Yep. I do somewhat well with computers, and you can program your answering machine. We’ve all got our talents. ;)
